This project commenced with a comprehensive feasibility study, revealing the potential of the site, which involved replacing a derelict detached property. Through careful planning, we successfully developed four three-bedroom units, all of which were sold on the private market. Every aspect of the site was meticulously considered to ensure an optimal balance between parking, amenities, and the building's footprint.
